Nylon Meltblown Filter Element

  • Detailed Description

  Product Introduction:

The nylon melt blown filter element is made of melt blown ultrafine nylon fibers as the substrate, using hot melt winding technology. There is no chemical adhesive added throughout the process, fundamentally eliminating the risk of fiber detachment and dissolution. It has excellent high temperature resistance (up to 120 ℃) and extensive chemical resistance, especially suitable for organic solvents such as hydrocarbons and aromatic compounds, as well as high-temperature liquid filtration fields. Optional center pole support is available to improve compressive strength, and various forms of hot melt bonding joints are provided to meet various installation needs.

  Application fields:

  ◎ Pharmaceutical industry sterilization/fine filtration

◎ Purification of food and beverage production line

◎ Preparation of Microelectronics Ultra Pure Water
