Product Introduction:
The melt blown wool surface filter element is made of 100% pure polypropylene (PP) as raw material, and adopts a gradient structure design of outer sparse and inner dense honeycomb. It is formed into a three-dimensional microporous structure through hot melt bonding, and there is no chemical adhesive added throughout the process. The outer layer has a unique wool surface treatment process, which significantly increases the effective filtration area and pollutant holding capacity, fundamentally avoiding the "surface blockage" phenomenon that is prone to occur on smooth surfaces, allowing pollutants to be evenly distributed throughout the entire filter layer, fully exerting the deep filtration efficiency. The measured service life can reach more than 4 times that of ordinary PP melt blown filter cartridges, and there is no risk of shedding hair or falling off.
