Nylon Folding Filter Cartridge (Nylon 66 Membrane)
The nylon folding filter uses hydrophilic nylon 66 (Nylon 66/Polyamide 66) microporous membrane as the filtration medium, which has excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance. Its natural hydrophilic properties make it suitable for filtering aqueous solutions without pre wetting. Nylon film has good tolerance to organic solvents, making it particularly suitable for filtering drugs, electronic chemicals, and high-purity chemical products containing organic solvents. Its high-strength characteristics make it perform well under frequent backwashing and high pressure differential conditions.
