Product Introduction:
PES folding filter cartridge (polyether sulfone microporous membrane)
The PES folding filter adopts an asymmetric polyethersulfone microporous membrane with a porosity of over 80%. It has a unique gradient pore structure, high filtration efficiency, and large flow rate. PES membrane is naturally hydrophilic and can be used for aqueous solution filtration without pre wetting. There is no surfactant addition or fiber shedding. The adsorption capacity of proteins and valuable biological agents is extremely low, and the pH range is wide (1-14), making it a core filtration element in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biological products, and electronic ultrapure water.
Application fields:
◎ Pharmaceutical industry: Injection solution (SVP/LVP), water for injection (WFI), eye drops, vaccines, serum, biological products terminal sterilization filtration
◎ Electronics industry: Ultra pure water terminal filtration (POU usage point), semiconductor wet process particle control
◎ Food and beverage: aseptic filling of beer, clarification and filtration of wine, sterilization of high-end beverages
Biotechnology: monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), recombinant protein purification, cell culture medium filtration
