  Product Introduction:

  Wire wound filter element (also known as winding filter element) is a deep filtration element made by precisely winding textile fiber rovings (polypropylene, degreased cotton, glass fiber, etc.) on a porous skeleton (polypropylene or stainless steel) according to a specific process. The product has the characteristics of large sewage holding capacity, low pressure drop, high pressure resistance, and wide chemical compatibility, and the flow of each channel is very small (siphon effect). It has a particularly prominent filtering effect on colloidal and gel substances, and is widely used in pure water pretreatment, food and beverage, chemical electroplating, medicine and other industries.

  The PP wire wound filter series uses polypropylene (PP) fiber roving as the filter material and polypropylene or stainless steel as the skeleton. Widely compatible with chemistry and cost-effective, it is the most widely used wire wound filter element in the field of water treatment.

  The degreased cotton thread wound filter series uses degreased cotton fiber roving as the filter material, combined with a stainless steel frame. It can withstand temperatures up to 120 ℃ and has excellent compatibility with organic solvents and oil liquids.

  The glass fiber wire wound filter series uses glass fiber roving as the filter material, combined with a stainless steel frame. With a temperature resistance of up to 200 ℃ and full coverage of pH range, it is a specialized choice for extreme high temperature and strong corrosion conditions.
