Product Introduction:
The GF series uses ultrafine glass fiber filter paper as the main filtering layer and adopts a deep gradient folding structure for molding. On the basis of PP series high flow rate, the temperature resistance level has been significantly improved - the highest temperature for organic adhesive type is 100 ℃, and the highest temperature for inorganic/silicon-based adhesive type is 130 ℃ (water medium)/150 ℃ (oil medium). The deep porous structure of fiberglass provides 1.5-2 times the pollutant holding capacity of the same precision PP series, making it suitable for high-temperature liquid filtration, high pollution load conditions, and frequent start stop industrial scenarios.
Application fields:
High temperature tolerance: The maximum temperature is 100-130 ℃ (depending on the adhesive), suitable for boiler condensate water and high-temperature process fluids.
Ultra high pollutant holding capacity: The deep porous structure of glass fiber has a pollutant holding capacity that is 1.5-2 times that of the same grade PP series.
High mechanical strength: Fiber adhesive composite structure, compressive and deformation resistant, stable performance under frequent start stop conditions.
