Product Introduction:
The embossed meltblown filter adopts advanced gradient meltblown technology, using high-quality polypropylene as the substrate, and forming a honeycomb shaped three-dimensional microporous structure between fibers through hot melt bonding, without the addition of chemical adhesives throughout the process. The original embossed surface treatment process on the outer layer effectively increases the filtration surface area and endows the filter element with stable filtration accuracy, with an interception efficiency of up to 99%. It is particularly suitable for pre filtration scenarios of high turbidity and high particle content liquids.
