Product Introduction
The filter bag is the core filtering element of a bag filter, made of high molecular weight materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyester (PE), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), nylon (PA), etc., using needle punched felt, melt blown or monofilament weaving molding processes. The product effectively intercepts suspended solids, particulate impurities, and colloidal substances in the fluid through deep filtration or surface filtration mechanisms, and has the characteristics of large pollutant holding capacity, high flux, and wide chemical compatibility.
The meltblown filter bag series adopts meltblown technology, with fibers in a three-dimensional gradient structure (pre filtration layer → initial filtration layer → anti fiber delamination) and deep filtration principle. The pollutant holding capacity is twice that of ordinary filter bags, suitable for high-precision liquid filtration scenarios.
The needle punched felt filter bag series uses needle punching technology to interweave long and short fibers into a highly fluffy felt like structure, with super high breathability and high dirt absorption capacity. Support PP/PE/PTFE multi material selection, covering the full temperature range filtration needs from room temperature to extreme high temperature.
The single wire mesh filter bag series adopts single wire/double wire weaving molding, with uniform mesh and surface filtration principle. Extremely low fluid resistance, suitable for rapid coarse filtration. Supports PA/PP/SUS materials, can be repeatedly cleaned and regenerated, reducing consumable costs.
